Fix It.’ service, and that work requires a specialist trade we do not carry out ourselves, we may share relevant property details with a trusted subcontractor solely for the purpose of completing that work. We will not do this without letting you know.
5.2 Referral Partners
Where you have been referred to us by a real estate agent, conveyancer, mortgage broker or property manager, we may confirm your booking details with that referrer where you have consented to this, or where it is reasonably necessary to coordinate access to the property (for example, arranging access with an agent for a pre-purchase inspection).

We may be required to disclose information to regulatory bodies, insurers, or government agencies where required by law, regulation, or in connection with a professional indemnity or public liability claim.
